Founder, Director
An engineer from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Ashok Kharbanda is a true visionary. He started Sunlord in a small garage in New Delhi with his wife and has been like the north star guiding the company through its years.
BHUVNESH KHARBANDA
Founder, Director
An MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Mrs. Bhuvnesh Kharbanda started Sunlord with her husband after many years of working in the industry. She heads the design and product development teams of the textile division at Sunlord Apparels.
AMITABH KHARBANDA
Executive Director
An engineer by education & spirit, Amitabh Kharbanda manages the daily operations of Sunlord Apparels. His in-depth knowledge about manufacturing processes, product design, production techniques, and safety standards has made him a well-respected and recognized name in the soft toy industry globally.

Sunlord sources raw materials from all over India & overseas to meet customer requirements.
Our suppliers help us meet customer requirements like GOTS, Oekotex, GRS, FSC, BCI etc.
Our AEO certification allows us to fast track our imports.
Besides textiles, we often use various items of Wood, Paper & Plastic to add function to the designs.
MANUFACTURING
Sunlord has always focused on high technology in manufacturing.
We believe in removing the dependence on human skill & instead use manufacturing technology to meet requirements.
We have the largest capacity for textile laser cutting in the Industry. We utilize the latest computer vision system machines for intelligent cutting of materials.
In sewing, we switched to 100% NPS, UBT & servo motors way back in 2014
Our stuffing lines are most advanced with minimal manual handling of filling fiber.
Our wash process is energy & water saving. We have sophisticated metal detection systems to ensure child safety
